A custom-designed secure space; with a best-in-class customer network, monitoring and alerting display; operated by our security cleared engineering team.Having the right people is essential for us to deliver the exceptional levels of service that our clients deserve. Our skilled team are experts in their field with market-leading experience and accreditation levels.Our NOC engineer teams provide a safe, secure and consistent approach to operational activities for customers across a range of sectors and to support ongoing growth and career development we have outstanding opportunities for L1 Network Support Engineers looking to take the next step in their career.You will provide a coordinated, consistent and effective Network Support service, resolving problems and issues in-line with documented procedures. This role represents an outstanding opportunity to develop your career with an organisation that believes in supporting colleagues to achieve their potential.Please note that this role is a full-time staff role based in our state-of-the-art Bellshill Network Operations Centre.
