Nursery Teacher - Full-Time (January 2025 - July 2025) Location: Islington, Central London Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term (Spring & Summer Term 2025) School Type: Two-Form Entry Primary School Agency: Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Education is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher for a welcoming and well-resourced two-form entry primary school based in Islington, Central London. This full-time role will begin in January 2025 and continue until July 2025. The Early Years team is well-established, collaborative, and supported by an excellent leadership team. The school follows the EYFS framework closely, with an emphasis on play-based learning and outdoor exploration. The Role: As the Nursery Teacher, you will: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. Work closely with a skilled Nursery Nurse and additional support staff. Maintain high standards of behaviour, care, and learning in a safe, stimulating environment. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure every child thrives. Contribute to planning meetings, observations, and assessments to track children's development effectively. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching in Nursery or Early Years settings. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development. Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
