The role involves working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, providing dedicated 1:1 support and leading targeted interventions. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to become part of a welcoming and inclusive school team.Requirements: Proven experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within a school setting. A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach. Ability to deliver tailored 1:1 support and small group interventions. Willingness to assist with personal care, including nappy changing.
