This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by helping one child feel understood, supported, and ready to thrive.Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll provide tailored support to help the pupil access learning, manage routines, and develop social and communication skills. You’ll also play an important part in creating a calm, positive learning atmosphere where every child can feel valued and achieve their best.This role would suit someone with a nurturing, flexible, and proactive approach — someone who finds joy in seeing small steps turn into big achievements.
