Head Chef, KT4 Surrey £50k Monday to FridayOur client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and create exciting modern and on trend food for every day dining as well as high quality hospitality/events. As the Head Chef, you will be * Leading a small team producing fresh seasonal food* Creating a menu based on modern, on trend concepts such as street food* Cooking for the busy staff dining as well as hospitality and events* Helping to drive the business and food offer forward Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekWhat we are looking for:* A strong Head Chef with a stable proven work history* Passion for food, hospitality and customer service* Up to date knowledge with food trends and ability to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity* A strong, stable background ideally within B&I or corporate catering* Financial awareness* Enthusiasm, positivity and a friendly, can do approachIf you think you have the right personality, approach and are looking for a new challenge, then apply immediately!*All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK at the time of applicationINDLP
