TP Tutors are looking for highly experienced teachers with QTS to deliver fun and creative 1:1 session to children with SEN. The pay rate for this role is £25-£30 per hour.To become a Tutor with TP Tutors you will need: QTS;At least 10 hours of daytime availability, Monday to Friday; (ideally more due to demand);At least 5 years' experience teaching and assessing English and/or Maths and/or Science in primary and/or secondary schools;100% passion for education, commitment, reliability and honesty;To creatively apply differentiated techniques to planning and teaching;An excellent knowledge of different learning styles and how to use these;The ability to deal with possible behaviour issues;The ability to work flexibly and attend meetings outside hours if necessary;To be a team-worker;A valid child only enhanced DBS check on the update service; You will need to: Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with students’ individual needs;Assess and monitor students’ work and feedback to parents and other professionals/ individualsRecord students' progress and provide grades and written feedback;Deliver tailored teaching activities to students on a one-to-one basis;Support and assess the social and emotional development of students, reporting any issues as necessary; All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
