I currently have an urgent requirement for 2 x Finishing Foremen/Managers for housebuilding projects in Mid-Devon, commencing the week of Monday, November 3rd until the Christmas break.Working on a prestigious newbuild development of 3, 4 and 5 bed high quality homes, you'll be reporting to an award-winning Site Manager and take responsibility for:-Overseeing the finishing of plots to handover stage to the highest quality standards-carrying out site inductions when necessary-monitoring health and safety/PPE compliance-coordinating and attend regular subcontractor meetings to ensure targets are being achieved or delays mitigated-ensuring timely completion of plots to CML stage. You'll need to have an excellent eye for finishing and a passion for ensuring homeowners receive their property to a standard that both you and they can be proud of.
