Job DescriptionJoin our team and you’ll be responsible for driving the performance of our UK marketplaces. Working in the Marketing department, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our market strategy — turning insights into actionable plans that drive growth, optimise performance, and strengthen our market positioning across regions. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities: Balance supply and demand in our UK job marketplace, ensuring employers get the right candidates and candidates find the right jobs Develop and implement steering strategies and solutions in line with our global framework via testing and automation, ultimately driving clear commercial outcomes Continuously monitor and analyse marketplace data in conjunction with a multitude of teams and translate insights into concrete steering actions In close collaboration with commercial, pricing , sales, marketing and product, you will develop a deep understanding of the market, our product suite, commercial and performance data in order to optimise performance at various levels of granularity Work with Analytics functions to produce and develop insightful and actionable reporting
