Link3 is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner for a nursery group branch based in SE13 London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and qualified educator who is passionate about helping children thrive through play-based learning in a well-supported and professional setting.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Support the emotional, physical, and educational development of children aged 0–5Plan, prepare, and lead fun and stimulating age-appropriate activitiesObserve and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental recordsBuild positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team membersEnsure the safety and welfare of children by following safeguarding and health & safety policies Candidate Requirements Level 2 and higher qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)Sound understanding of the EYFS and child developmentExcellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skillsA warm, caring, and proactive approach to working with young children Apply NowIf you are a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to make a lasting impact in a well-established nursery setting in London, we’d love to hear from you.
