Cover Manager –SecondaryFull-timeWe’re looking for a confident, organised, and people-savvy Cover Manager to join a dynamic secondary school in Slough. You’ll be the go-to person for all things cover—making sure every classroom has the right teacher at the right time.What you’ll be doing: Managing the daily cover rota for teaching staffLiaising with agencies and supply staffCoordinating internal staff and timetablesMaintaining absence records and reporting to SLTSupporting the smooth running of the school dayCovering lessons Who we’re looking for: A confident communicator who can juggle a packed diaryPrevious school admin or cover supervisor experienceKnowledge of SIMS or similar school systems This Slough-based school is part of a well-regarded trust, known for its supportive SLT, positive culture, and commitment to staff wellbeing.
