The RoleTo join their international export sales team, they wish to hire a French speaking Export Sales Executive. Supporting business clients from the French speaking countries of Europe, you job will concentrate on have a passion for building relationships and providing an excellent service to your customers. Your typical job responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility of your own portfolio of customers, providing a professional and efficient serviceBuilding relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business developmentUsing high attention to detail and an organised approach to ensure orders are processed and delivered OTIFUsing expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolutionLiaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales processEnsuring all sales documentation, including export/customs paperwork, is completed accuratelyCandidate Profile, Skills and Background Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)Ideally a knowledge of international trade and export documentationAn ability to identify sales opportunitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional and personable style to develop strong customer relationshipsHave initiative and independent work skillsSAP Experience is an advantage (not essential as training will be provided)Salary & Benefits£34,000 - £36,000 per year.
