Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Right to Buy Officer for a Local Authority Client in West London. In this role, you will manage and process Right to Buy applications from start to finish, ensuring customers receive accurate advice and a smooth, compliant home ownership journey. Duties: Process Right to Buy applications in line with legislation and Council policies. Provide clear advice and support to customers on Right to Buy and leasehold matters. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet statutory deadlines. Maintain accurate records and support income recovery for leasehold service charges. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience processing Right to Buy applications or similar housing transactions. Strong background in administrative work within a housing or local government setting. Good understanding of Right to Buy legislation and leasehold management. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage complex enquiries.
