If you’re passionate about connecting solutions with client needs and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this is the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert prospects into clients for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to connect with decision-makers. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries. Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress using CRM tools. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in selling BPO services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level to executive. Comfortable speaking to everyone and driving conversations confidently. Proficient in CRM systems and online prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection is essential.
