My client is a leading name in the Residential Solar space, with anticipated growth in the Commercial sector in 2026 and beyond. They are hiring for a Lead Solar Electrician in hybrid role, which will see you in their HQ for 2 days/week and conducting Solar and ESS installs the rest. You will work closely with the Head of Solar and Technical team to support approaches to design. The successful candidate will be installing in-house products, and be able to demonstrate their impact to clients. Experience of installing Solar and Battery systems in Residential and Commercial environments is essential. Applicants should have; 18th Edition AM2 or a Time-Served Apprenticeship Testing & Inspection Qualification BPEC Level 3 Strong understanding of G98/G99 Work to MCS standard Experience of working to RC62 standards You will be rewarded with; A strong base salary Discretionary bonus scheme Pension scheme 25 days holiday Company vehicle + fuel card Budget for overnight accommodation (where necessary) This client has seen significant growth in the past two years, and this is a great time to join.
