Behaviour Support Assistant – Team Teach (Durham) Pay: £89–£120 per day Contract: Full-time, OngoingGot a steady hand and a calm voice? This is a hands-on role supporting pupils with additional emotional and behavioural needs—no two days the same, but always rewarding.In this role, you’ll: Support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis Apply Team Teach strategies to manage challenging behaviour positively Build trust and structure into each pupil’s school day You’ll need: Team Teach training (or willingness to complete it) Experience in a SEND, SEMH, or PRU setting Resilience, warmth, and a sense of humour—essential!
