Administrator - Fixed Term Contract (12months)Location: Culham DepotMonday to Friday (37.5hrs)Shift: 09:00-17:00A quick look at the role. The Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administration duties at the depot.Why it’s an opportunity not to be wasted.Collation, scheduling, and distribution of works associated to container tasksDealing with the daily administration of the Domestic Tanker Service including customer liaison, routing of daily work, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and invoicing of completed work.The daily processing of vehicle waste transfer documentation. (data input)Collate and process all payroll information (data input)Updating employee information in line with company and legislative requirementsComplete weekly stock returns to ensure adequate stock levels for the depot, and replenish as requiredRecord, monitor and maintain PPE records for the depot, ensuring timely ordering of stock within approved procedures.RequirementsHere’s what we require:Excellent customer service skills to both internal and external customersAbility to work autonomously, using own initiative, managing oneself and workloadAccurate record keepingProficient in MS Office, (Word and Excel) with good literacy and numeracy skillsGood time management skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to remain calm and resolve problemsChanging the way people think about waste.At Biffa, we love working with waste.
