If you have experience in care, coaching, mentoring, or support work, you could thrive as a Cover Supervisor in SEN schools.Teaching Personnel is looking for compassionate and adaptable cover supervisors to work in SEN schools across Bridgend. You do not need to be a qualified teacher – if you have the right skills, personality, and presence, we will support you to step into the role. The Role:Cover Supervisors are unqualified teachers who step in to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervise small groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacherDeliver pre-prepared lessons tailored to pupils with additional needsSupport pupils with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical or sensory impairmentsPromote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategiesWork closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure pupil safety and progress
