The RoleYou will be responsible for:
Teaching, planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that meet individual EHCP outcomesSetting clear learning objectives, expectations and progress targetsWorking collaboratively with support staff to create safe and motivating learning environmentsUsing personalised assessment and communication approachesParticipating in curriculum contribution, school development and professional learning activities
Who We’re Looking ForEssential:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS / EYTS)Ability to create stimulating, inclusive and differentiated learningPassion for SEND education, resilience, creativity and commitment
Desirable:
Experience teaching in SEND, SEN units, alternative provision, PRU, SEMH, PMLD or SLD settings
Teachers from mainstream primary, secondary, early years and specialist backgrounds are encouraged to apply — exceptional support and training are provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
