Are you the right person for the job?Our client is looking for a meticulous, resourceful, and highly organised individual who can multitask and thrive under deadlines. You’ll be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating when needed. The ideal candidate has:
UK passportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multitasking ability and attention to detailComputer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)Previous experience in similar administrative rolesVerifiable references from previous employers
What will your role look like?Your work will support the studio across Office, Finance, Production, and Press & Marketing tasks, including:Office:
Answering phones and greeting visitorsSupervising office upkeep and managing external cleanersOrdering supplies and managing service accountsOrganising team events and staff travelManaging insurance, health & safety, and post
Finance:
Managing supplier invoices and entering them into Sage50Reconciling credit cards, staff expenses, and other accounts monthly
Production:
Organising international and UK shipmentsPreparing commercial invoices and customs documentsUploading staff timesheets onto Sage50
Press & Marketing:
Assisting with company events and client communicationsOrganising company picture filesUsing AI tools to create content for the website and events
