Drivers Mates / Porters - Reading (RG2) The Best Connection Reading are recruiting Drivers Mates/Porters for our client in Reading. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity to start or progress your career in logistics. Pay & Shifts: Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour OT after 8 hours - £16.25 Shifts: 0500 until finish (usually 8-10 hour day) Key Responsibilities: Assisting drivers with loading and unloading goods. Helping deliver goods to customers Providing outstanding customer service during deliveries. Performing basic vehicle checks and keeping delivery paperwork up to date. Ensuring all health and safety standards are followed at all times. What We're Looking For: Previous experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided. Physically fit and able to handle manual loads. Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Why Join The Best Connection Group?
