If you’re passionate about helping children learn, grow and flourish, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.What you’ll bring to the role Experience working with children in a primary school or similar educational settingA patient, positive and understanding approach to learning and behaviourStrong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with pupils and colleaguesFlexibility to support a variety of learning needs and classroom activitiesReliability, enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitudeA relevant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) is beneficial but not essential What you’ll be doing Providing 1:1 and small-group support, including for pupils with additional or special educational needsAssisting the class teacher with engaging, inclusive lesson deliveryPreparing classroom resources and contributing to a welcoming, stimulating learning environmentPromoting positive behaviour, wellbeing and independenceWorking closely with staff to ensure a safe, caring and inspiring school experience Why work with us?
