In their brand-new, purpose-built setting, children are encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive in a safe and inspiring environment.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their friendly and supportive team. Level 3 qualification in Early Years is essentialPassionate about child development, with experience (or newly qualified) in working with young children in a childcare settingExcellent communicator - friendly, clear, and confident when interacting with both children and adultsStrong understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to ensuring every child's safetyHold (or willing to obtain) a DBS and First Aid Certificate (DBS provided and paid for if required)Fluent in English and a true team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues What will your role look like? Provide high-quality childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS frameworkPlan, prepare, and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual developmentMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where children feel loved, secure, and excited to learnBuild and maintain strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleaguesWork collaboratively with the nursery team to create a supportive and cohesive atmosphere focused on children's well-being and learningEnsure all safeguarding procedures and health and safety regulations are consistently followedBring energy, care, and enthusiasm every day to help children thrive and enjoy their learning What's next It's easy!
