This role requires a strategic marketing professional who can drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and commercial success across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize event attendance, sponsor engagement, and media coverageLead cross-functional marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channelsManage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across all channelsCollaborate with senior leadership to align marketing objectives with business goalsCampaign Management & ExecutionDesign and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting diverse audiences including tech professionals, startups, enterprises, investors, and government stakeholdersOversee content marketing strategy including thought leadership, speaker promotion, and industry insightsManage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automationCoordinate PR and media relations to secure high-profile coverage and thought leadership opportunitiesStakeholder & Partnership MarketingDevelop marketing strategies for sponsor activation and partnership promotionCreate co-marketing opportunities with key industry partners, venues, and technology companiesManage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and external partnersCoordinate with venue partners and local government for city-wide promotional activitiesData Analytics & Performance ManagementEstablish KPIs and measurement frameworks for all marketing activitiesAnalyse campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion metricsProvide regular reporting and insights to senior management and stakeholdersImplement data-driven optimization strategies for continuous improvement
