Role: Financial Services – Sourcing / Procurement Manager Locations: Northampton, Manchester, Cheshire, Glasgow or London hybrid workingWorking Pattern: Hybrid / 2-3 days in-office Start Date: Early 2026 Contract Duration: Initial 6 monthsDay rate: Inside IR35 Role: Sourcing and category execution support for specific categories of spend.Responsibilities will include:Owning a portfolio of sourcing deals (new contracts, renewals, extensions, orders) of varying value levels, risk levels depending on the level of the roleEngaging with business stakeholders to understand the demand, requirements and support the best commercial outcomeAgreeing the sourcing approach with the category lead (e.g. RFX process, single source renewal/negotiation) aligned to the category strategyExecution of the process following the banks processes and controls through to contract signature and hand over to the supplier managerAdditional work on category planning (e.g. renewals pipeline development, spend analysis) may be required to support the category manageKey skills/experience:Experience of end to end Sourcing process ideally Financial Services or in a similarly regulated environment for categories in scope of the roleStructured approach to planning and execution ensuring key stakeholders and procurement colleagues are appraised of progress, plans and blockersYou will have M&A Procurement experience, or more general supplier consolidation experienceAbility to work at pace with but with control at the front of mindComfortable operating in complex matrixed environmentsSelf-starter, pro-active and quick to learn process, controls and toolsGood interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholdersGood collaborative style with other Procurement and Bank teams#Li-hybrid
