Job Title: Private Client Solicitor / Private Client Legal Executive / Fee EarnerLocation: Devon - Newton Abbot, or multiple office locations available Job Type: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time Working Pattern: Hybrid working | Flexible hours available Our well-established, award-winning law firm client is now hiring a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Experienced Fee Earner to join its dynamic and growing Private Client department in Devon Key Duties & Responsibilities:You will manage your own diverse caseload of private client matters including: Administering Estates and Probate Drafting Wills and advising on Estate PlanningInheritance Tax planning and wealth preservationCreation and management of TrustsPreparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)(Optional) Court of Protection work For those who enjoy it, you'll be free to participate in business development, networking and growing awareness amongst clients within the local community and professional circles Candidate Profile:Applications welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with: 4+ years' experience in Private Client lawSTEP and/or SFE accreditations (or working towards them) - desirable but not essentialMeticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills What's On Offer?
