The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production of luxury park homes, lodges, and holiday homes. Details: Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:45 - 16:30 | Friday 8:00 - 15:30 Salary: up to £30,784.00 per annum + OT Location: Suffolk Benefits: Every weekend off 23 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holidays Company pension scheme Free car parking Christmas shutdown in December Annual and monthly performance bonuses Cycle to Work scheme Uniform and PPE provided Duties: Carry out all aspects of the manufacturing process Work with hand and power tools Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity Fitting internal and external sheathing boards Installing exterior cladding Basic timber processing and decorating tasks Experience required: Strong manual dexterity and practical skills. Experience in using power tools, working in a construction sector, as a joiner, wood machinist, carpenter, etc. Willingness to learn and follow safety and productivity standards.
