Job Title: Higher Level Teaching AssistantLocation: GatesheadContract Type: Long term temporaryLeader Education are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a SEND primary school in Gateshead.The school supports pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).Staff have high expectations for both learning and behaviour and are committed to providing excellent learning opportunities through effective, inclusive teaching. Their aim is to deliver the highest quality learning experiences using a wide range of specialist facilities.Ofsted has described the school as friendly and inspirational, highlighting the exceptionally high expectations staff have for their pupils.The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position.
