With 9-5 working hours and an office that closes shortly after 5 PM, the firm genuinely prioritises work-life balance.The firm is seeking a junior Conveyancer to join its team, working closely with its partner who will support you to develop your conveyancing skill set.The Role: Manage a caseload of simple sales and purchase mattersEngage with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactionsBenefit from dedicated new business, file opening and post-completion support, so you can focus on core transactionsWorking closely with the Partner to develop your knowledge About You:To be considered for this junior conveyancing role you must already have a track record of running simple sales and purchase files along with: Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paper-light environmentAbility to work in the Sutton Coldfield office full-timeAt least two years of working within a residential conveyancing environment What's on Offer?
