Drive strategic client engagement, query management and deliver accurate validation service.Your primary responsibilities include:➡️ Invoice Validation - Ensure delivery of a first-class validation service, maintaining a 10 day SLA on actioning alarms ➡️ Client Management – Building strong relationships with your clients, being the go to person, having monthly calls, query management and providing thorough and meaningful updates ➡️ Sustainability – Identifying opportunities within your client’s portfolio to drive revenue and add value ➡️ Quality/Behaviours – Maintain a high-quality score in cases, alarms, communication and reporting. Maintain acceptable behaviours You will work closely with the wider teams in the business to ensure the highest level of client analysis, demonstrating analytical expertise, stakeholder management and strategic insight.
