The Opportunity
You’ll join a respected, modern legal practice dedicated to empowering consultants with the tools and support to thrive. This is not a traditional law firm role – instead, you’ll have the independence to manage your caseload, grow your client base, and shape your work-life balance, all with the backing of an established brand.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and represent clients on a broad range of employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious)
Manage your own caseload, from instruction to resolution
Develop and nurture client relationships, with full autonomy over your practice
Collaborate with a network of like-minded consultants and access central resources
Uphold the highest standards of client care and professional ethics
About You
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
Demonstrable experience in UK employment law, ideally within private practice
Proven ability to generate and manage your own client work
Strong technical expertise across employment law matters (dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, contracts, etc.)
Excellent communication, business development, and client management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
