Learning Support Advisor – Primary SEN Support (Dibden Area) Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £13.75 per hour Contract: Full-time, Start ASAP Agency: Teaching PersonnelAre you passionate about supporting young children in their early education? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!About the Role: Teaching Personnel are seeking committed Learning Support Advisors to work within Primary Schools in the Dibden area. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs within mainstream or SEN-focused primary settings.Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils aged 4–11 with special educational needs Providing one-to-one or small-group interventions Assisting children with communication, social, emotional, and learning development Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Working collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing What We’re Looking for: Experience working with children or within SEN settings is advantageous A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Reliability and commitment to a full-time role A genuine desire to support young learners What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £13.75 Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant Opportunities for training and skill development A rewarding role where you can have a real impact on a child’s early education All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
