Teaching Personnel are seeking committed Learning Support Advisors to work within Primary Schools in the Dibden area. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs within mainstream or SEN-focused primary settings.Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils aged 4–11 with special educational needs
Providing one-to-one or small-group interventions
Assisting children with communication, social, emotional, and learning development
Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Working collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs
Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
What We’re Looking for:
Experience working with children or within SEN settings is advantageous
A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Reliability and commitment to a full-time role
A genuine desire to support young learners
