SEN Teaching Assistant – Nurture-Focused Role Location: Peterlee Pay: £90–£110 per day Contract: Full-TimeThis role is ideal for someone who believes relationships come before learning.You’ll support pupils who may have struggled in mainstream settings and now need a more individualised, supportive approach. Small class sizes and strong staff teamwork allow you to really get to know each child.Key duties: • Supporting learning through tailored approaches • Helping pupils regulate emotions • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement • Supporting social interaction and confidence • Working closely with a supportive staff teamAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
