Site Manager - Construction TeamClientAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a well-established and growing construction contractor based in Belfast, delivering planned and well-managed projects across Northern Ireland. The company has a strong reputation for groundworks, civils and new-build developments, with a secure pipeline and repeat clients. Projects include high-end new-build residential schemes and live operational retail environments such as Maxol and Spar extensions and new-builds. This role suits a hands-on Site Manager who values autonomy on site, clear programmes, and the support of an experienced commercial and contracts team.The Ideal PersonApplications are welcomed from Site Managers with groundworks, civils and new-build experience, including those with mixed backgrounds combining shell, core, structural or some fit-out works, Assistant Site Managers ready to step up with civils exposure, or Working / General Foremen from a trade background. You will be confident managing live operational sites with public interface, delivering to programme, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
