This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic production team in a thriving business.We have Days, Afternoon, and Night Shifts available to suit a variety of schedules. Key Details: Position: Production Operative Location: Bicester Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)Pay Rate: £12.24phr to 16.52phr Shift Options: Day shift 6:00am - 14:00pm Afternoon shift 14:00pm - 22:00pm Night shift - 22:00pm to 06:00am Start Date: Immediate starts available Contract Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities: Operating within a high-speed production environment Working on a production or packing line Assembling and quality checking products Maintaining a clean and safe workspace Following company procedures and health & safety regulations Candidate Requirements: No previous experience required – full training provided A positive attitude and strong work ethic Good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual team player How to Apply: If you're interested in joining a successful FMCG company, please contact Niki @ The Recruitment Group on
