Estate Agent Senior Negotiator Huddersfield Basic £28,000 OTE £35k Our client is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated and experienced Senior Negotiator. This is an opportunity to join one of the most successful Estate Agents in the Huddersfield area, who thrive on providing excellent customer service and delivering first class results. The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales, assisting the Branch Manager to maximise the profit and help support the Sales team. This role is for an existing Senior Negotiator, or an experienced Sales Negotiator wishing to take that next step in their career. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver first-class service, every time you represent the company. You will be enthusiastic, keen, and genuine, and be looking to progress your career within a successful Estate Agency.
