ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated candidates with experience working in a nursery, holding a Level 3 qualification to work with a client based in Peterborough.The role is available on a part-time or full-time basis (24–40 hours per week).The Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, strong team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nursery Qualification: Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)Knowledge of EYFS MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
