Registered Children’s Home ManagerLocation: Goldthorn, WolverhamptonSalary: £60,000 per annumWe are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead the setup and registration of a brand-new one-bed children’s home providing solo placements with a 2:1 staffing ratio.This is a challenging and rewarding role, suited to a resilient, confident professional who is experienced in working with young people who present complex and challenging behaviours—and who is not fazed by high expectations or responsibility.About the Home One-bed solo placement2:1 staffing modelLocated in Goldthorn, Wolverhampton – an affluent, quiet area Planning permission approved and ready to move into the next phase You will play a key role in shaping the home from the ground up, giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on its culture, systems, and practice.
