Its a culture built on support, ambition, and giving people the tools to grow the kind of place where planners move up fast and get exposure to serious project work.What Youll Be DoingYoulltake the lead on programme planning for high-value civils projects, ensuring delivery teams have clear, accurate, and achievable schedules. This role is central to project success youllbe the person who keeps everything aligned, coordinated, and moving.Your responsibilities include:Developing and maintainingdetailed project programmes using P6Working across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highwaysCollaborating with engineers, QS teams, estimators, and site managersIdentifyingrisks, delays, and opportunities within the programmeSupporting tender programmes and pre-construction planningProviding regular progress updates and reporting to senior leadershipTravelling 2 days per fortnight, with hybrid flexibility built inEnsuring programme logic, sequencing, and critical paths are accurateand robustWhy This Role Stands OutThis is a strategic role with real influence.
