Sales Manager – Grocery London Up to £65,000 + £12k OTE Global Asian Food BrandThis is not a maintenance role.This is a build-and-scale opportunity.We’re exclusively partnered with a fast-growing, globally backed Asian food manufacturer that has already cracked UK wholesale and is now gearing up for its biggest leap yet: Top 4 grocery listings.With strong international backing, proven products, and serious investment behind UK growth, the business is entering a pivotal phase. They are now hiring a Sales Manager to lead that journey and put their stamp on the UK retail strategy.Why this role stands outA genuine opportunity to lead UK grocery expansion, not just support itHigh visibility with UK leadership and international HQClear mandate to build, manage, and grow a sales teamRealistic ambition to land first mainstream grocery listings within 12 monthsThe roleYou’ll own UK commercial performance across grocery, while remaining close to execution. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys strategy and being in front of buyers.You will:Lead and develop the UK sales function (with line management responsibility)Drive grocery growth strategy, with a clear focus on Top 4 accountsBuild and deepen relationships with buyers across Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons and beyondConvert strong wholesale traction into mainstream retail listingsWork closely with European teams and HQ in AsiaOversee core sales operations and multiple commercial projects in a fast-moving environmentYou’ll likely bring:Sales management or supervisory experience within FMCGDirect grocery exposure (Top 4 strongly preferred)Experience within food brands (Asian food exposure is a strong advantage)A track record of delivering growth, not just managing accountsThe ability to lead people, influence stakeholders, and build momentumComfort operating in an international, entrepreneurial businessIf you want to shape a brand’s journey into UK mainstream retail rather than inherit a finished one, this role will appeal.Interested?Apply directly or contact me for a confidential conversation.
