Your role will focus on people leadership, workflow planning and maintaining production deadlines. You will manage daily briefings, coordinate resource allocation, support recruitment and training, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You'll also play a key role in ensuring quality compliance, upholding housekeeping standards and embedding strong health and safety behaviours across the department.What you'll need to succeed You will have proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a manufacturing, fabrication, coating or blasting environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate teams and confidence in managing performance are essential. You will be well-organised, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable working to tight production schedules. A solid understanding of health and safety requirements in an industrial setting is important, along with basic IT proficiency.
