An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and commercially focused Junior Commercial Property Solicitor (newly qualified up to 3 years' PQE) to join a busy commercial property team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality work and develop their skills within a supportive professional environment.?????? ????????????????????????????????Typical responsibilities include: Handling secured lending transactions and property finance work (essential)Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial propertyDrafting and negotiating leases on behalf of landlords and tenantsAssisting with development matters, site acquisition & due diligenceSupporting senior lawyers on complex or large-scale transactions ?????????????????? ??????????????Suitable candidates will: Be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-3 PQE)Have demonstrable experience in secured lending workBe capable of managing a caseload with appropriate supervisionPossess strong attention to detail and commercial awarenessBe confident in building and maintaining client relationshipsEnjoy working collaboratively within a team setting ???????? ?????? ???????? ????????????
