About the Venue: Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people. Role Purpose: Rhubarb is recruiting a Cash Office Supervisor to manage the financial heartbeat of our operations at the Royal Albert Hall. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all cash office control procedures, from managing floats and secure cash handling to coordinating PDQ systems and banking services, ensuring every penny is accurately counted, recorded and safeguarded. You'll also take ownership of daily sales reporting, box invoicing, consumption tracking and liaising with accounts to ensure all financial records are meticulously maintained and reconciled through NetSuite. We're looking for someone with strong numerical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount. Experience with accounting systems is desirable, and you'll need to be comfortable managing confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
