We help mid-market and enterprise teams turn voice and video conversations into structured Salesforce data that drives automation, insight, and measurable business outcomes.As our customer footprint grows, we are investing in a dedicated Salesforce Professional Services function to deliver high-quality implementation, integration, and ongoing support work alongside our core product.The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Professional Services sales specialist to build and grow RocketPhone.ai’s Professional Services revenue stream.This is the first Professional Services sales hire and a foundational role within a separate, dedicated Professional Services function inside RocketPhone.ai. Professional Services operates with its own implementation consultants and project management capability, rather than competing for time or resources with core product engineering teams.You’ll have responsibility not just for selling Professional Services, but for shaping how opportunities are identified, scoped, and scaled over time. For someone ambitious, this role offers a clear path to leadership, including the opportunity to build and lead a Professional Services sales team as the function grows.Typical Professional Services EngagementsThe Salesforce Professional Services function at RocketPhone.ai delivers complex, high-value projects that extend and embed RocketPhone into customers’ existing Salesforce and telephony environments.Examples of the types of engagements you’ll be identifying, shaping, and selling include:Complex Integration ProjectsIntegrating RocketPhone with existing telephony and contact centre infrastructure, including legacy PBXs, SIP providers, and third-party voice platformsDesigning and delivering hybrid environments where RocketPhone operates alongside existing voice or contact centre solutionsCustom integrations between RocketPhone, Salesforce, and other business applications and systemsLarge-Scale RolloutsPhased or multi-region rollouts of RocketPhone to large user populations, often across multiple Salesforce orgs or business unitsUser provisioning, permission modelling, and role-based access aligned to customer operating modelsChange management support, enablement, and rollout planning for enterprise-scale deploymentsSalesforce Implementation & ConfigurationCore Salesforce licence implementations to support RocketPhone use cases (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, automation)Advanced Salesforce configuration, including flows, automation, custom objects, and reporting to support conversation dataOngoing Salesforce configuration and optimisation as customer requirements evolveMaintenance & Managed ServicesOngoing maintenance and managed service contracts covering RocketPhone, Salesforce configuration, and integrationsProactive platform optimisation, health checks, and configuration updatesSupport for upgrades, new features, and evolving business requirementsPremium Support ContractsPremium support packages with defined SLAs, response times, and escalation pathsNamed support resources and priority access to Professional Services teamsSupport for business-critical environments with high availability and reliability requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop Professional Services opportunities across RocketPhone.ai’s existing customers and future pipelineWork collaboratively with core software sales to position Professional Services at the right point in the customer lifecycleScope, structure, and sell Professional Services engagements delivered by a dedicated PS implementation and project management team, including:Custom Salesforce configurationIntegration and automation workImplementation extensionsOngoing maintenance and support contractsOwn the end-to-end Professional Services sales cycle, from discovery through to closePartner closely with Professional Services delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure sold work is clearly defined, achievable, and commercially soundBuild and maintain strong relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISVs, SIs, and Salesforce stakeholdersEngage directly with customers through meetings, workshops, and project kick-offs, including regular on-site work across London and the UKContribute to shaping the longer-term Professional Services sales approach, with the opportunity to hire, mentor, and grow a teamWhat We’re Looking ForEssential experience and attributes:Proven experience selling Salesforce Professional Services projectsBackground in a Salesforce ISV and/or SI environmentStrong understanding of how Professional Services are scoped, priced, and deliveredA proactive, commercially focused approach to opportunity developmentComfortable working independently, setting direction, and managing prioritiesBased in London, with the ability and willingness to be customer-facing and on-siteDesirable experience:Mid-market and enterprise Salesforce sales experienceStrong personal connections within the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISVs, SIs, and Salesforce sales teamsSalary, Equity & GrowthBase salary: £60,000 – £85,000 (depending on experience)Commission / OTE: Competitive and uncapped, aligned to Professional Services revenueEquity: Vested equity available, reflecting the foundational nature of this roleCareer progression: Opportunity to grow into a leadership role and build your own Professional Services sales team over timeWhy Join RocketPhone.aiThis role offers the chance to join a growing Salesforce-native business and take real ownership of a Professional Services revenue stream that is backed by a dedicated delivery function.If you enjoy selling meaningful Salesforce work, working closely with customers, and helping shape a team and function rather than inheriting one, this role offers genuine long-term upside.
