Team Assistant – Energy & Infrastructure Sector Remote (occasional London travel if required) 3–6 Month Contract Up to £26.82 per hour (Umbrella)We’re supporting a leading organisation in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector in the search for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to provide vital support to a busy Electricity Connections team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or team coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being the go-to person that keeps everything running smoothly. The RoleYou’ll act as the central point of coordination for the team, providing efficient, flexible and hands-on administrative and operational support. From managing payments to organising meetings and supporting projects, you’ll play a key part in enabling the team to deliver critical energy infrastructure work. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the team and leadershipManage diaries, meetings, travel and logisticsOwn the team payment process, including invoice handling and SAP processingAct as first point of contact for queries and prioritisationPrepare meeting packs, take minutes and track actionsMaintain filing systems, databases and recordsSupport internal projects, reporting and research activitiesCoordinate team events and off-sites✅ What We’re Looking For3+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, PA or administrative support roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demandsConfident working independently and using initiativeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with SAP or finance/payment systems (desirable but not essential)Comfortable handling confidential information Why Apply?Fully remote flexibilityWork within the growing renewable energy sectorJoin a collaborative, purpose-driven teamImmediate start availableCompetitive hourly rateIf interested please apply here and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
