We are currently seeking a Bid Manager to join a Principal Contractor who are based in South East London, to work within their Facades & Cladding division who focus predominantly on residential projects, tower blocks and work with private clients. This role is critical in driving the success of the Facades Division, ensuring proposals align with both company objectives and client requirements.You will play a key role in managing the full bid process—from reviewing tender documents and coordinating internal teams to delivering accurate, professional, and persuasive submissions.Salary - up to £70k plus packageHybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home - subject to meetings and requirements Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Construction or a related field).5–6 years’ proven experience as a Bid Writer, preferably within the construction sector.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong research skills and ability to gather and apply technical information.Excellent organisational and project management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).If you are interested to discuss further details, APPLY NOW!
