We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Claims Executive to join a well-established and growing commercial insurance business based in London.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident claims professional who enjoys managing complex cases, building strong insurer relationships, and delivering outstanding client service within a hybrid working environment.The Role:As a Claims Executive, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial insurance claims, supporting clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from first notification to final settlement.Key responsibilities include:Managing a varied portfolio of commercial claims (Property, Liability, Motor Fleet and other commercial classes)Acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the claims processLiaising with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and other third partiesReviewing policy coverage and advising clients accordinglyNegotiating settlements and advocating for clients where appropriateProviding technical support to internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal proceduresThe Person: We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong claims professional who thrives in a client-facing role.You’ll ideally have:Proven experience handling commercial insurance claimsStrong knowledge across multiple commercial classesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsThe ability to manage complex or high-value claimsA solutions-focused and detail-oriented approachProgress toward or completion of CII qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.What our client can offer:Salary up to £50,000 depending on experienceHybrid working (London office + home)Supportive and collaborative team cultureOpportunity to work on complex and varied commercial risksClear progression opportunities within a growing businessIf you’re looking to take the next step in your commercial claims career and want to join a business that values expertise and client service, we’d love to hear from you.To apply for this role, please forward your CV in confidence.
