We've got an excellent role for a Mechanical Engineer to work on a high end site based in East London! This is a fantastic role if you're looking to join a rapidly growing building service provider, well renowned for their staff retention rate through internal progression and on-going training.This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday schedule (8am -5pm).As a Mechanical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, diagnose faults, respond to emergencies, update logbooks, liaise with contractors and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.Mechanical Engineer Duties:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceAHUs and FCUsPumps (including bearings and mechanical seals)Cooling towersChilled water systemsHeat exchangersPressurisation unitsPlumbing and domestic water systemsWater treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)Tap temperature monitoringGeneratorsBMS operationCRAC unitsMotorsMechanical Engineer Requirements:Level 2 minimum in a mechanical related subject (C&G / EAL / NVQ or hgiher)At least 3 years experience within commercial building maintenance Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential Client facing Live within commutable distance to Canary WharfSalary and Package:£47,000 - £50,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm25 days annual leave + Bank holidays Company pension scheme Overtime on site Internal progression Training schemesJoin a rapidly growing company If you're interested in this Mechanical Engineer role, apply today!
