Offices are energetic and collaborative, while still offering the balance employees need.Your new role As an IBA Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across multiple brands. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of account handling including debt collection, cash allocation, credit control, claims and return‑premium payments, and ensuring client ledgers remain accurate and up to date.
