This successful North Antrim based Contractor is actively seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. Based in the North Antrim area, this company have won a number of significant contracts throughout NI and have excelled in this industry for the past 60 years. They are expanding and have a full order book for the next 18 months and accordingly are seeking to fill this position.Sectors: Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Muck shiftingAll projects are Northern Ireland basedDuties:- responsible for all Commercial aspects of projects- management of subcontractors- take offs- handle all final accounts- preparing Bills of Quantities- preparing cost and value reports- liaise with Site Managers / Contracts managers based on siteApplicants are expected to have at least 1- 2 years experience working with a Small - medium sized Main Contractor, who will have the capability of managing small to medium sized projects from start to finish. Pre and post contract experience and knowledge desirable.This is a Permanent vacancy.
