This is a high-visibility role where you'll own the numbers, sharpen the metrics, drive insights at pace and partner directly with senior leadership. If you want autonomy, impact and a seat at the table, this is the role for you.As an FP&A Manager, you'll sit at the centre of the business, owning financial modelling, SaaS metrics and board-level reporting. You'll shape how the business plans, forecasts and measures performance as they continue to scale. Your new role Build, enhance and own our core financial modelsLead budgeting, re-forecasting and long-range planning cyclesProduce board and investor reporting packs that drive real decisionsBenchmark our performance against best-in-class SaaS standardsAutomate reporting and help implement FP&A / BI toolingPartner cross-functionally to ensure clean, reliable financial and operational data What you'll need to succeed Trained at a leading audit firm (Big 4 strongly preferred: PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte)Educated at a top university, demonstrating strong academic capabilityFast-track career progression, with clear evidence of high performance and accelerated promotions5+ years' FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS)Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modelling skillsStrong grasp of SaaS unit economics and core recurring-revenue metricsExposure to FP&A tools, BI platforms or commission systemsAbility to communicate complex financial insights simply and clearly to SLT and investors.
